Had a custom cat back fitted today on my K1 at Longlife. Took 3 hours and £350 inc VAT and fitting.
You can choose the sound and the tailpipe so I went for a 6 x 4 slash cut oval and full race sound. The sound may have been a mistake cos its a lil...ummmm.....fruity :D
Tomorrow I get the Revo trial :p
I had revo on my Mk1 Cupra so am definately gonna get it but cant afford it till next month, so I thought i'd have a lil play for 5 hours ;)
Cant wait :)

I was quoted 370 with longlife for a fully stainless steel exhaust cat-back system 3" and a tip of choice oval, dual whatever you like and also like the sound how loud you want it. I didn't go to my one in wales because I quoted wrong and it was a waste time for me but glad you enjoy'd yours :) I went for loud with my custom exhaust.

I get that reg covered up mate aswell, some other fella on here found his car for sale on autotrader or something! :S

Other than that, nice exhaust mate lol. Is it the same size as the standard? Iv got a cupra with standard oval exhaust on the left, fancy a better sounding one though!

Milltek cat backs are about the same price but are quiet. I briefly had on the non resonated cat back system and although it sounded nice with the windows down, once you were moving it faded away. Throttle response was improved though.

I was quoted £408 plus VAT for Milltek, which is over a tonne more. You can specify the Longlife to be quietish too. Theres 4 different sounds you can choose from. To tell the truth im going to get it toned down cos ive a feeling its gonna give me a headache motorway driving.
Throttle response was definately improved too although it was less than a day before I had Revo so its definately improved now :p
