Does anyone know where I can get hold of a PD130 turbo and injectors (not having much luck on ebay) also what sort of price should I be looking at? I'm hoping to get my Golf 115 up to 130 spec

someone is selling a 130 turbo in the classifieds on here at the moment.
You will need to strenghten the internals if you want to get it up to 130 spec, the 115 was the first test implementation of the PD system which had weaker internals from what ive read.
