Where does this part go?

Tidying my engine bay up as its off the road at the mo and saw i have a pipe just hanging around. ive borrowed someones photo and marked that "a", also can i replace "b" with 8mm internal vaccum hose? thanks in advance!

yeah you can replace it a think its just a charcol box like a breather for the fuel lines not sure never really touched mine but a think it is deffo a charcol box

just need to know where that pipe goes i have circled, its got a seathrough pipe attached to the end of it but is just hanging there!

goes into the innerwing iam sure take it off an through it away lol

The pipe circled vents into the wing, its normal

with what you marked with 'B' you can replcae with 8mm ID silicone tube... did mine other day,
