Just wondering if anybody thats had revo stage 2 has suffered with similar syptoms, when slowing almost and to standstill the car cuts outs (doesnt stall)

I still have the green spring in the forge 007p could this be the issue? or what other things should look out for. It has only been doing it since i swapped for the stage 2 REVO ecu, but the previous owner didnt suffer from these problems.

The car just pulls so well, just buggin me when it cuts out, almost like i have to over rev when coming to a stop. Last time I checked there were no codes apart froma blown coil. Which i have replaced.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Jamie

The car has been off the road since october and only road tested when new parts have been added etc. In october it had a new Maf on it, I ran some logs to check the maf was ok etc, also checked for fault codes everything was fine. Then since fitting the REVO ECU I've had this problem. I'm pretty sure there isnt any airleaks also. I have used vag.com to check for faults various times since having it fitted but no faults shown. I went to recheck using vag.com last night after id replaced the middle box with a straight through pipe last nite, and the laptop has now given up the ghost and i cant get it to run on vista:cry:

Shes meant to be back on the road on april the 1st :(

Thanks

So it does it all the time even after a long journey etc? When my temp sensor went mine would die literally after first start up. Fire, Start, Revs drop, Die. Sounds like yours is different though.

mine did this. like i said it was escaping air, and this was causing the car to like air into the intake.
