ABS light on soon after full service/new tyres

Hi y'all

I had my Cupra Sport serviced inc a full set of new tyres. When I got home I realised that the fuel was way down beyond normal; it turned out the garage had given me back the car with all four tyres almost half deflated.
I sorted that easily enough but within a few weeks the ABS light came on. The brakes however work perfectly. Is it likely that the tyre change affected the sensor/s? If so, before it goes for next MOT is there anything I can do to fix that eg. clean sensor? If not, what work am I likely looking at and at what sort of cost?
While Im here, is it right that the rear number plate bulb is NOT a Test fail?? Whitecraigs Garage formerly of Afton/Tantallon St. failed my previous car, a Punto on only that..

PS. Has anyone got the name of a good keycutter for car keys?
Ta.

Reg bulb is a fail, no 2 two ways about it
bit of a shite garage to fit new tyres and not inflate them correctly
ABS light is probably just unlucky to be honest mate, you could try and clean each sensor with a small paint brush incase the sensor or the pick up is soiled!

ABS failure won't affect the normal operation of the brakes.

Unlikely, in my opinion.

You may have a dirty sensor, it may be worth cleaning the tips with brake cleaner.

If not, what work am I likely looking at and at what sort of cost?
Usually a sensor has failed. You need to hook it up to vagcom or a fault reader to find out which one. A sensor costs ~£20 from a motor factor. Plus labour, if you don't want to fit it yourself. It's not a difficult job.
