Either fit new bushes in the back of the wishbone, or just fit some new wishbones.

They often look deteriorated but work fine, I'd be tempted to leave it till the point it actually gets movement in it.

This has happened on my G/F's 2002 KA. It's only done 18K lol

Fairly straight forward mate I think. New wishbones would probably be better but cost a little more.

If it gets worse, get it done. If it completely colapses, it'll sound like your car is falling apart lol

Don't think was exactly the same advisory, but I had something similar to this on my last MOT a year ago, but on my most recent one a few days ago, although I failed it on stuff completely different, the lower suspension arm advisory I had last time didn't even come up this time! So I'm guessing it can't be too major??????

the bushes will be starting to crack and stress which will mean they will need replaced in the future, but because there is no excessive play or lift it cant be failed ( think its 3mm of movement) just replace them with polyflex bushes if your worried or bothered by it.

i've just done the poly upgrade on my wishbones.

For the Advisory it sounds like you need the 'PFF85-204' ones.

However you could fit both sets while your at it.

I've fitted both to mine.
