Nice meeting you yesterday and good to see your new car in the flesh, if you ever need to sell the wheels, let me know.

Okay so I bought these sweet looking richbrook locking valve caps - £15 from Halfrauds and two days later some thiving little b******s have had them off. If see them on some kids bike I'm knocking him off it [:@]

Okay sorry i feel better now I just had to get that out of my system

My mate had a Mini Cooper S with special valve caps... all four got nicked over a period of a couple of weeks. He said he bet the paper boy had them away! [:@] I understand your pain.

Good to meet you on sunday mate. Wheels look much better in the flesh than in the pictures. Suit the car quite well

Well with regards to my valve caps, I've found some nice ones that didn't cost me a penny, turns out they were sitting in my basement for years after I got them free with a copy of fast car in 1990-something. Wonder how long they'll last?

Anyway, with regards to my loverley motor, I've been photoshopping and I thought I'd post a pic of my plans for the old girl. Feedback appreciated as always.

So what do you reckon?

Should I just leave them as they are and spend the money on a remap?

Not to my tast, but then again most people dont like my wheels :) Maybe put the money to some decent coilovers. You will be amazed how much it improves the stance of the car and how much faster you can go round bends. A remap is a good idea.. But not so good when your in a ditch cause you took the corner to fast. :)

Not sure if you noticed i have eibach springs on there already so I cant go any lower with all the speedbumps round here (watch this space about the speedbumps), so she handles pretty well already.

How about these?

Ewww :) I think you will be suprised how low you can go and still get over speed bumps, I have not come across one bump i have not been able to get over, you just have to go soooo slow and sometimes sideways :)
