1st gear

Hi all
I'm having probs with shifting from 1st to second gear. Problem is that once in a blue moon the bloody thing won't let go of first and just holds on. Give it a good yank and then it moves.

This doesnt happen that often, but is getting more regular, Plus now putting it into first I've got to double clutch sometimes (same with reverse).

any ideas?

maybe something to do with the clutch, or more likely something to do with the selector fork inside the box

na , not the clutch. I've a funny feeling its the syncro.
