Tdi Airbox Question

hi all,

thanks to S.C.N i have smoothed my Airbox (35x10mm holes) put a 3" pipe in and stuck a pipercross panel filter in. I would like to say Thank you

I was just wondering with all this extra air will this cause any engine ware e.g. piston ware

will it cause me to use more diesel say more air then wont it need more fuel?

i love the new noise

yeah, did mine the other day, sure makes a good grumble sound now.

The noly reason you will use more fuel is cos you will find yourself reving it a bit more to hear the nicer sound it make's.

Crist its all ready like a elephants trunk, i kept mine to 500mm 3" i love that noise

well as it already does like 100mpg i dont think ill miss a few for the noise

and your guide was perfect easy to follow and took me about 2hours to complete
