Standard charge pipe size is 51mm but if your making it workself then go with a minimum of 60mm, if theres room for it id personally go for 63mm, those are inside diameter measurements of course

Imo there is no use in going bigger than 63mm and personally I am going for 60mm. THis because the turbo outlet is only 48mm. so yes you'll have to reduce there (you can also reduce it to 51mm which will fit)

I also wouldn;'t go bigger than 60mm because most intercooler ports are 57mm. You have to think that whenever air has to suddenly expand or decrease due to fluctuating pipe measurements, it slows down.

Therefore the MAP pipe is a must. THis because the throttle is 63mm going to say your 57mm intercooler port. But in between that the oem MAP pipe is something like 44mm (at smallest point)

hope that helps

Was just thinking then that i was wrong, the charge pipe size is 57mm and the reducer on top of the turbo is 51mm iirc.

The standard hoses are 60mm tho reuvers not 57mm

so top of the turbo is 51mm and the charge pipe 57 and is it the inletmanifold is 60mm?

My old intercooler still keeps poping up, if i can remember rightly it was 63mm all the way with a reducer onto the turbo which was a k03s, best pipe work setup ive seen does need you to change the washer bottle though :D
