Someone said that mork pulled a 158 on a RR with a modified box. So I think there are good and bad points for either option but i just love the noise on mine when i kicks in and it looks great.

if you have an induction kit though run a cold air feed. I swear my MPG went up went i put an air feed in.:D

i got 132 on a totally standard 8v before the airbox was done and she was running quite shite at the time:D was well happy with that!! not had her done since,not that i can see it making any real difference

Thats impressive miss Tart.

i have my misses 8v booked for a RR in April. Will be very interested to see what that pulls.

well they're always well over book so it seems,my mates biza before his leon used to pull around the same as mine. says that in order to sell the valvers they played the value on the 8v's down :shrug:

or do like i did and snaffle one off of a nice member on here who wants to go back to standard ;) problem is expect your mpg to lower a bit as you get a bit more of a leadfoot as it sounds soooo nice!!! :D

Ive always gone induction but if you fancy it nick i do have a spare 8v air box in the garage, drop me a PM if your interested. That way if you mess up on yours no damage done.:D

omg that seems sooo complicated, thanks a lot anyway, and cheers mr muffin for that offer, will probably end up taking up on it because I can see it all going tits up! :doh:

No worries mate, just drop me a PM if you want it.

Spose it is cheaper than the air box BUT for £80 an induction it easir.....in fact nick i have a 8v piper cross viper kit knocking around too but no bracket for it.
