What phone do you have ?

Also are you 100% sure you have bluetooth on the car, is there a little picture of a microphone on the audio control stalk ?

You should just be able to scan for devices (on your phone), you don't do anything with the Seat Radio, when your phone finds "SEAU_UHV" (or whatever it is) then you click "connect" and type in code 1234 (i think it's 1234, or maybe 0000), do you get to this stage ?

I dont think you need the code, thats normally for file/data transfers phone to phone, you both input the ame code.. this prevents unwanted stuff being recieved...

As far as i know it should just treat the car like a massive bluetooth headset, so scanning should find it and the phone should recognise it for what it is, as previously suggested posting the make/model of your phone would be usefl.

You definitely do need the code, but it's either 1234 or 0000 (think it's 1234 actually), but you dont have to press anything at all on the car radio, its all done on the phone.

You search for bluetooth devices on your phone, once it finds SEAT_UHV (or similar) you then connect to it using the code. It's really really simple to do.

Also, make sure your phone is fully charged, my bluetooth connection drops out whe the phone has only 1 bar left.

No, there is no picture of a microphone. Im a complete novice folks & took the Manual at its word & assumed all models (SC SE) had Bluetooth. What can I do now to have it installed & approx what is the cost

The pre-sales option for BT is £245. That said, i would imagine it could be done (but not sure if Seat would do it for you), but i think it may cost £245 or more !. If it follows the crazy situation with the USB option (which is £93 pre-sales), but if you want it fitted after sales then you pay £210 !!, then it wouldn't surprise me if it costs more.

Why don't you just get a bluetooth car kit from somewhere such as Halfords ?, you can get the parrot quite a lot cheaper than the Seat radio BT option.
