Also ive just had the boot smoothed over on my mk4 and noticed
you had yours done how did you go about getting the boot to open
without falling back down onto the boot latch?

Ive fitted my solinoid but its not poping it open far enough.

You need to unwind the boot poppers (rubber stoppers) on each side of the boot and add a small spring to each one then screw the cap back on... if I remember right, been a while!

hey adlav.. when u smoothed the cupra rear bumper.. how did u do to open the trunk?

As far as i know mate it was done with a solinoid kit to open
the boot smoothing the bumper wouldnt affect the opening.

I think altech on here has smoothed his bumpers as well if that
helps.

thats what i meant.. u took out the seat badge in the trunk and then you took a solenoid attached to the boot mechanism to open the trunk? am interested in that mod.. looks pretty good..

iv seen your new Zetec s on zsoc not a patch on ur ibiza YET but im sure u r already well on ur way as i have seen the smoothed brear bumper is in place
