You gettin indicator light flash on locking? Just when ive popped the CM fuse when working on my windows, i wouldnt get indicator flash/boot lock. Worth a look in fuse box maybe? its a mini blade fuse 10A

Hmm...sometimes the indicators don't flash on locking, but generally they flash once on locking and twice on unlocking and the boot lock still remains locked.

I've tried turning the lock to the right with the key but it seems jammed in the open position and will only rotate 45degrees to the left.

Well I'm having a problem with my boot again, I locked it a couple weeks back and when I try to unlock it now by turning the key in the verticle position, it doesn't unlock :( Or am I doing it wrong?

Any help appreciated

EDIT: I know a fuse has blown for my Cigarette socket, could that cause it? Thanks

Mine was a dodgy solenoid. I'm still waiting on the garage ordering in the part.

If you can hear the solenoid moving then it will probably be the slider not connecting with the handle.
Check this thread:

Before removing the trim, lift the S handle and give a few hard taps above it on the boot. It didn't work in my case as the handle mech was stuck up but it may loosen it.
