tempremental window

rite , my passenger windows has been very tempremental lately, was on my way to scrappies to try get new windows module as my window hadnt worked in like 2 weeks, well they didnt have what i was looking for, on the way home i booted car past another to over take and obv high revs of like 4000/5000 my mate press the button and it worked, i was like hmmm, got home parked car up, on way to work it had stopped again, halfway through journey it worked again and when i finished work it had stopped again, now been 2 days and still not had it open again, anyone know whats going on, loose connection? dodgy window module?

checked it earlier still nothin, its really pissing me off, the passenger winodws wont work off its own fuse would it?

dodgy window switch or a dodgy connection, swap the switch and if that doesn't work remove the door card and re seat all the plugs and sockets (including the big one by the hinges)

rite so still got this issue like 4 months later than last post, doing my box in as i dont wanna buy a new motor, because im sure its a wiring problem, im no electricion so wouldnt know where to start, had door panel off today again tried pushing wires down etc and noticed my lower door speaker (main one) was kicking off and on, so seems like there is wiring issues somewhere, i think its goota be wiring as the little light under window switch doesnt illuminate which seems to me like there is no power getting to it which in turjn means no power getting to the motor to lower the window, so after all this rable, what do i do? anyone got a wiring diagram for the doors as i dont know what wires do what!!!! RAGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Have you swapped the window switches between doors to see if the fault goes to the other door?

With regard to the speaker being intermittent too, maybe the big multi plug by the door hinges is loose, two intermittent faults on the same door would point to the multi plug.

Have you checked the bulb inside the interior light?

not tried swapping the switches will try that tomorrow, that makes sence about the multiplug, see the switch on the driver side has buttons for both windows abnd both leds under those switches work, its only drivers side that doesnt, what do u mean about interior light, how can i check b that?

tried all that and nothing, my brothers girlfriends has a 1.4 ibiza, would her module and motor work in the 1.2 model, if so we could just warrenty hers and get a new one free

you said the interior light doesn't work so maybe the bulb has blown.

interior light has always worked, i meant led light under the windows switch, the one that lights up red
