are the sport and fr/cupra front fogs the same or are they bumper specific (planning upgrading to facelift from standard 02> bumper

They aren't the same, Cupra ones are different.

what fogs do i need for this bumper then, will sports fit?

Yea I think Sports will fit that. The Cupra and pre-facelift Ibiza fogs have flat fronts whereas the facelift ones have angled fronts.
