or you could tap up mr d on here as he runs a universal intercoler company , he did a fitting kit for mine ( alloy piping and silicone bends and jubilee clips )

if you search will will find picks ect you will be able to see wat you have to do, the pipe behind the rad need to be a meter long!then thinkin off the top of me head 3 little joiners! getting 1.5 meter and cutting joiners off is a good idea but i found it easy to make a hash of cutting the pipes down (not very neat at all) unless you have a pipe cutter!

id say go look for some pics tho thats how i worked out wat i needed!

oh my got to the above! looks like you got that very very wrong m8!

in the first pic why is that joiner sooo long? if it was shorter it would bring the intercooler closer to the body!

2nd and 3rd pic... please tell me thats not were your pipework sits!! the pipe coming from your turbo is facing the wrong way meaning your pipework isnt tucked up behind the rad and under your front engine mount! again why is the joiner between the 90* bends soo long if it was shorter it would pull the pipework into more space at the front to be tucked out of the way! im hoping tha the pipework lives inside that little bit of undertray as well....infact im hoping ive got the wrong end of the stick and your pipework dont hang sooo close to the floor ect because this looks poorly done!

sorry if it sounds harsh, i hope im wrong!
