If you want a totally mint one with a good spec expect to pay top whack for it, want a normal run of the mill with jusat say a remap and maybe needs a little work then you`ll be around the 4k`ish mark.

Im in love with that car think the mk3 look great in white anyway but it is the IHI coversion why would you even sell it.
They aint rare there custom mate. And its petes old car, the original white cupra lol
Yes thats Carlisle_Petes old IHI. Had a respray to white as Seat didnt do it from the factory. Only 3 others I know of that are white in this country. And its IHI. £6k is cheap for it! Should have read the ad before you commented.
Sponge lol! Dont agree with the dirty bay thing though. Just because there is abit of dirt doesnt mean it looks like it hasnt been looked after, especially when its in the engine bay which is somewhere that only certain people are interested in making look nice etc. If every part of the car apart from the bay is mint then you cannot say it makes it look not looked after. You've got to look at the whole package when looking at a car not just one thing, especially if its specilized.

When I was looking around, the whole price scale tended to be about £3400-£5000 for different levels of cars.
There are some real mint ones, stock spec, but up for too much money, good luck if they can sell them, but generally, i'd say for stock spec, if its an absolute minter, 4k, modified (within reason), anything up to £4300-4400.
I sold my old MK3 black Cupra '51' plate, with 60k for £4200 in 2007, these cars don't get any newer as they stopped in 2002, so I used to base my pricing around that.
But, as always, even if it looks in top condition, these cars will always need something doing to them, no matter how much you spend on one.

one of my mates just sold his 2000 X plate for £3750 with no mods and 73k so they can still sell for a decent price.
