It seems that if you own a fiat engined (i could be wrong here, but i'm sure most GM small capacity diesels are fiat sourced) 1.9 diesel 16v 150 then tuning box is very much the way to go. Other cars and engines may differ depening on what you get out of them. But only if they're not a resistor in a box.

This is what I'm calling a conclusion.
