Hi all,

having real trouble getting the correct fitting for some s/s hoses from goodridge for my fr+ tdi.
Standard calipers with 312mm conversion, any of you guys put them on a 55 plate tractor engine..

Cheers Paul

Yes - they ONLY fit the fronts so even though the kit contains hoses for front and backs, only the fronts will fit.

IF you can't find to fit, think Mk4 Golf Gti Turbo single pot calipers - your calipers are the same as the ones on the Leon Cupra NON R models.

Cheers Fester,

thats why the rears hoses are too big then.

The nut on the fronts will not fit into the bracket on the body of the car, where the hard line is. where you put the retaining clip (the nut as no groove)

I had a garage try and fit them and they told me they wouldn't fit. I sent them back and got another set of fronts sent out .... but they were surplus so got sold seperately.

Bottom line is you're doing the fronts only with the kit supplied :)

interesting that only 2 fit the derv

all four of mine went on, but the holders for the lines needed drilling out to accomodate the wider goodridge line-might be same with yours

Hi Rik,

the rear hoses are too long for my tractor engine. Also the 2 rears look to different sizes n/s looks shorter than the o/s..? Very strange.

Having said all this James is on the case, so heres hoping.

Cheers again.
