£86 to reset airbag light ????????

i have vagcom and vag lead on my laptop i live in gloucester so i can re-set lights and look for fault codes and stuff .. let me know if you want it done [B)]:D i do work in the week but have thursday and sunday off so thoughs days are good for me my price is £15 if i can't turn them off if not no charge

Do you want to do mine as well?, as for £15 I'd expect the car to be cleaned afterwards. :rolleyes:

I had the same problem when I changed my interior seats with the airbag connection & I forgot to disconnect the battery.

I bought one of these off eBay.

You just follow the easy instructions, plug it into the diagnostic port turn the key to pre-ignition & scroll though the faults it picks up & reset the airbag light. It was really easy to do for not a lot of money. :p

You could by the cheap ebay lead and use something like VW tool to reset the light?

I'll be racing there for BUKC this year; also race in the rugby kart club races; and i've got a biland sa250 kart which i take down for practice days; hoping to race that properly when i leave uni :)

Ah wow mate, thats quality. What Uni you at / racing for?

I did last years season, raced for Kingston, we did pretty rubbish, but I'm not at Uni anymore so haven't sat in a Club100 for ages... Whilton was wet last year if you were there and remember! haha

Arrived this morning ! 2 mins later sorted ! Thanks for the advice guys and the offers of help ! If anyone needs their's sorting I will happily do it for free.(J7821)
