1.9tdi weird sound

Hi, I have leon mk2 1.9, and it started making a weird sound mixed with usual diesel clatter when cold and idle. It sounds like exhaust resonation but it comes from the engine bay. Actually it sounds more like air making resonation through a narrow tube, like blowing in the bottle, only higher pitch. Not very loud, but audible.

Ideas anybody?

Could one of many things, maybe a leak on the intercooler pipe joint these sometimes come loose, had that before on my Mk1 1.9 Leon fr, really hard to tell though without getting it checked out

I haven't noticed some slowdown or lack of power, only the noise. If it's one of the pipes, shouldn't it lose power?

Yes, but ive had it before that the pipe is only slightly off and doesnt give that much difference, but as i said there are so many other things, and trying to diagnose it over a forum is even more difficult

It might be one of the belts or bearings, hmmm...
