Glad you're happy with it Chris. They are well made quality exhausts but you do pay for the privilege.

Great news Chris. Its brilliant when they are running right! hehe.Wheel Bearing now sorted at AwesomeGTI.
Bottom intercooler bracket also removed at AwesomeGTI to stop the SFS hoses rubbing.
Car feels so much better! MPG is up too, 54MPG on the way back from Madchester, following a spirited MKII FR owner.
This week I shall be mostly saying 'I'm SKINT!'

I certainly got smoke but not a runaway. Car has been at AmD for ages so they been looking at it etc..Certainly are mate. Just hope my turbo last longer than yours did.
So your turbo seals went, did you get any runaway? Did you have lots of smoke from the exhaust pre-turbo suicide?

Turbo is going in as we speak, custom map is getting prepared.
So if it starts smoking then I know to
Chris - As regards to your exhaust was there much work involved? Ive heard back boxes such as a cupra R one are a weld on job and not just bolt on? If you dont mind me asking how much did it set you back and have you felt much performance increase?
No Chris, you need to ...SAVE.......
S...S....S....Save? Whats this word you speak about? Is it the equivalent of 'Credit Card'?
Sarah at AwesomeGTI has already talked me into Neuspeed ARB's - what a PITA she is!!

The ARB's make a noticeable difference Chris, much stiffer. I do have a problem with mine at the mo as one of the rear droplinks has stripped a thread. I've now relegated myself to the Pug whlist some redline racing rose joints (courtesey of dpj Dave's pointer) turn up. I could run around in the SEAT but there's not the essential need. Even the Accord has found itself at work recently on the odd day!
Hopefully these will last longer than a year. I don't know if its a one off, or that the arrangement at the rear are not the best.... I don't know. Dave's changed his to Rose joints so reading between the lines would suggest the droplinks failed there too. Still worth forking out for.
I'm so glad your motors running great. Live long and prosper.
Have you got your brakes on yet, Chris?
Not yet fella, still all sat in the bedroom waiting for some Northerner to fit them for me lol
Hows your doing?
