anyone knoe the core size of the forge front mount,

the reason i ask is i will be doing a custom set up like a few other guys but you the custom ones ive seen are massive but want to know if this one is same size ish to the forge

Nev, i think the second one is better, the first one is quite small, THS do a good one, i am looking at getting that at some point.

ye just mesured and the first one is a bit smaller then the forge, might go for the larger one, the ths is the same size as the ebay ones so save yourself a few quid mate.

The first is the bigger one, 630x300x76mm compared to 600x300x76mm for the second one

Forge type is a bit narrower and custom designed and can fit behind crash bar, those two types can't.

The owner of a Leon FR with Garrett GT28RS turbo and Cupra R spoiler had a FMIC which was close in size to 600x300x76mm and had to cut the center of the crash bar, weld a piece of steel bar above the hole and suspend the FMIC from it to fit. Picture here:

I had the same FMIC (2nd option) from Fleabay and whilst I never got round to fitting it I pulled the bumper off and offered up and was a good fit. Sold it to Kegger on here so may be worth seeing if he has has it fitted yet.

read the specs in the 2 links, they are very different sizes.

Its a forge 1. aint sure on size but it makes a difference. up'd my torque loads.

easy to fix hardest part was getting the front bumper on and off on my own,

Slightly off-topic, but for an aftermarket seller Forge shows a lot of hype into claiming the stock single SMIC or double SMIC of a LCR are "excellent quality for a standard car" - plastic end tanks, minuscule core, fragile as wet paper, they are crap

What piping have people used? Iv seen some aluminium intecoller pipes on ebay and a longer intercoller...
