Subtle performance upgrades to FR TDi??

Hi,

After having my Mk1 Cupra TDi re-mapped and having loads of issues with it I have been put off making any upgrades to my 07 FR TDi but now that I've been driving it a year I've caved in!!

However, I'm not sure which slight tweaks are best.... I've just put in a Pipercross panel filter but i've kind of stalled there!

Are there any other minor upgrades that I can make to the car, aside from full induction kit and re-map, that are worth doing?

Hopefully this isnt too stupid a quetsion and some of you will have some ideas!

Thanks
Si

Don't bother with the intake unless you are going to remove the DPF and get M O R E power [ diesel intake systems are much bigger than petrol because the diesels suck in more air in the first place]

A remap is the only simple thing that will get you more power.

What problems did you have with you mk1? Mine was fine.

I had it re-mapped by Celtic tuning and after about 10k miles (of mostly motorway driving) the clutch had completly gone.

I think I should have opted for a more sensible power gain from my remap!
