nope and i only put it on a cloth and wipped it though becasue itl come off rite easy

Sweet! That might be the plan for me then. Just bare black plastic!

So, handle surround off first, then the switch surround with switches still in it, then remove switches carefully?
Sounds easy? ;)

I left mine in boiling water for about 20 mins. This loosens all the soft stuff and it practically falls off, just rub it with your fingers, not with your nails or any sort of abrasive pad as it will mark the plastic (i got a bit impatient and tried this then quickly regretted it- can be corrected with some very fine wet and dry paper though).

Superb|! Cheers mate.
That makes me feel better about attempting it. Like the colour!
My first car was a classic 3.0L Scimitar and it was the same bright orange as your surrounds!!!
Couldn't miss that coming down the road!

Tried this the other day but felt like I was going to break the door card before I got the handle off. I get the first bit around the handle, no problem, but the second bit where the whole surround comes off, I don't get it, am I missing a screw or something?!
