I'm glad i don't have that enabled. It wouldn't be good with my bike rack on!
I'm keen to know of other features you've tried though.
Is there an option to stop the front wipers doing an extra wipe after you've used the front washers? i.e. they wipe as you wash, then stop, then there's an extra wipe! and it smears the windscreen! :-(
my old ibiza didn't do this so wonder why its different on my cupra.

Do you have a facelift model? It can be turned off using VAG-COM I'll find out how and drop the instructions over to you.

They added the extra wipe in the later models. My 07 Cupra did it but my older one doesn't.

For those that still don't appear to have grasped this " VAG.COM " business!.......

It's basically just a bit of software that you can download off the internet onto your Laptop.
You then connect a cheap data cable (that you can buy off EBay) from your Laptop to a Port in your car.

With the software you can then change a good number of settings etc - such as this wiper feature.
Your local SEAT Dealer use this same setup when you take your car in for a service, or to fault find.

My partners Vauxhall Corsa has this intermittent rear wiper feature as standard, when selecting reverse, and you have your wipers on.

Not applicable to my Ibiza, as it has been de-wipered (rear)!

My dealer has said that the extra wipe can't be turned off! is this a load of rubbish?!

What is that? I notice you can put the windows up after taking the key out but think it's before you open the door.

i meant to work like nathwarr's...would come in very handy being able to pull the windows all up from outside the car, especially as mine is 5dr

but first on my list is the glove box light as you've done in yours aimez :)

Nathwarr bought a part for the window closure think it was fairly cheap and easy to fit you could do it yourself.

Its a KVW100 kit, aimez, and its only about £25 (well thats what I payed).

I have both auto windows and comfort rear wiper :D

If your car is a late pre facelift then it should be fine, if it's an earley facelift I would cross your fingers.

4 doors with auto closeure would look the nuts  but looking at your pics thread I think you will be out of luck as it's a facelift and probably on an 06 plate or later.
