Has anyone done the above.
Mine is fecked and the NIME box didn't agree with my ABS so it had to go.

I'm keen on ripping the old one out and fitting a new one and am sure its going to be a PITA so any help of tips would be good.
I'm sure I've read somewhere that someone had changed theres but cannot remember the post or the person.
Also if the old one is fixable once out I might have a fiddle with it, at some point.
Or sell it on for someone else to fiddle with.

Cheers muchly

Hello mate what are you after doing? Up rating them for the track or just getting them to work? Im currently making some off roading ones for my range rover so have found some good bits to have them controlled and where to get cheap fans etc. Maybe of some help?

The fan controller is ok Scotty ... it's just the fans themselves that break. The Nime box simply bypasses the onboard resistors on the fans.

What we really need is a replacement fan frame and two nice big reliable fans that can be controlled by the onboard system.

Some upgraded ones are a very good idea, any suggestion would be a great help

Yup, if these could be replaced in the same frame with better or cheaper fans, or even better and cheaper this would be good.

Also any hints and tips for removing the unit its self
