1.9 TDI 110 ASV SE - Leaking outer CV boot

Hi folks,

Yet another problem with my tolly...none for ages now all at once!

The driver side outer CV boot seems to have a hole somewhere and obviously needs replacing. I have helped do one on an old fiat but never changed one on this car. I have the haynes golf manual for this car as has same engine 1.9 tdi 110 asv and also looked at procedure on elsawin. I really don't know what I am doing so would appreciate if anyone can give me any help at all on correct tools hints and any parts may need etc.

I've noticed that you have used the OEM boot kit. how much did you pick that up for?

I can't remember. Around £22, I think.
