I would love a corrado aswell!! When they were new they were such a modern, sporty shape and even now they still look like that. I want one with the electric/automatic spoiler on it.

But its just finding one with low miles and in good condition.

Alittle more work done at the weekend. I fitted my spacers, 20mm Delta mics, Im really happy with them. After the little issue with the bolts all is fine.

Looks so much better, will see if the handling improves tomorrow when I drive to work.

I also got my headunit secured properly now so it wont bounce with bumps off the road. I finally got rid of the rubbish orange light by the gauges and have red now instead!! :D Improves it so much. They are brighter than the are in the photo!

Now Im struggling for idea's what to do next.

Time for abit of an update , not much more has been done but this last week has been a disaster.

Firstly my exhaust decided to start blowing so now I need a new one.
My the volume/ok button on my headunit decided that it no longer wanted to work, so Ive had to take it out and its away for repair as its within the warrenty period.
And I kerbed my front driver side wheel in the snow. Wasnt going fast, lucky if I was doing 10 mph and just touched the brakes, hardly any pressure and the car decided to keep going straight, couldnt do antything about it, I was a passenger in the whole thing. Luckily theres no other damage been done.

Abit of progress.

My new backbox is currently on order so should be getting fitted next week.

Got my headunit fixed and back from the warrenty company and its fully working now. So it is now back in the car. And Ive got it fitted perfect and not moving this time for some reason.

Got a few plans for next year. Upgrading to coilovers and a few other bits and peaces. Thats all for now.

Got my new wheels for the summer!![B)] Should be going on about March/April when I get rubber on them. Got myself a set of mk3 Oz Super-Ts. Going to go with toyo's on them but im undecided if I should go with a 195 wide tyre or a 205 wide tyre.

Plus I think I will need new wheels bolts, Can anyone confirm?

PM'd you about the wheels mate. You probably won't be able to run a spacer with them either as mine scrubbed like a beast wit only 8mm on each side :(

Thought I would dig up my old thread.

It got its new 20vt backbox in the first week of January and the spacers are off for time being, may also be permanent.

After being neglected the last few weeks/months Ive decided to spend some money on the Ibiza.

Got a service the end of last week and is running loads better. Got my Green filter out to be cleaned. Once its cleaned and backing Im making my own air intake into the airbox using silcone/alloy pipe.

Bought myself a badgeless Fk grille to go on, also bought a 10 led interior light and led reverse bulbs after seeing a picture of them in another thread (beezertart.). Also have some chrome indicator bulbs for the front indicators and a new indicator to fit. Oh and Ive decided the rear wiper is going after using rain-x for the first time a few weeks back. Its amazing stuff.

Got some tyres to get for the Oz's and then they are going on. Cant wait :D. All arches are being cleaned out when this happens.

May have one or two other things planned like some coilovers etc.

Its going to get the top mounts fixed on monday and also new cam pulley bolts.

Then its going to be a good clean inside and out (hopefully a wax aswell) and under the bonnet and the door hinges.

Then when the warm weather comes its going to get some tlc as Ive found some rust bits. Also going to colour-code some bits.

Oh and Im still on the look out for a mk2 sport interior.

Thats all for now.

Im planning on making mine mint over the next few months as I may be starting Uni in september so can't afford a Gti :'( If i can get my hands on a mk3 cupra interior your very welcome to have mine at a discounted price of course. Also if you plan on keeping the spacers out for good i may be interested :)

1.4's arent that bad cars, they are really fun to drive. I had a blast today on 2 x half an hour drives. :p. Dont get me wrong Id love a Gti but my work situation right now means I wont get a loan etc.

Yep I would be interested in the interior from yours. I will let you know about the spacers, mind the bolts used to bolt the spacer to the hub have had a few mm removed as they were too long and catching the inside of the drum. I dont think I will be able to run them with a 205 tyre, so I will let you know. Only used the spacers for a few weeks.

Havent got round to getting tyres yet. Im still undecided about the size, 195 or 205??.

I thought about the mk3 cupra interior but they are hard to get rid of and when you do they are stupid prices. Thought of maybe a couple of buckets for the front.

There's a Mk3 Interior in the For Sale section with Red centre's.... only £150 ;)

As for tyres, depends on the width of the rims, but I'd say go for 195's..... better fuel economy if anything else ;)

If only I had the £150. Well I do but I need it to pay my garage bill. :'(

They are a 7j wheel, Oz Super T from a mk3 Cupra R. Im thinking of going 195 as I can get a good deal on some Toyo's.
