Basically is it a good idea? Having done some research and searches, it seems the DSG box is limited to 350nm of torque. As the 140PS Leon already puts out 320, is it even worth it if you have to strangle the remap for fear of blowing up the delicate DSG box?

Torque is the main characteristic of what makes a diesel engine so good, so if I am not going to gain much of it in a torque-limited remap, is it just £400 for jam in the auto cars?
I seriously would like to get a bit more out of the car, but certainly not at the expense of my gearbox, and only if the gains are significant enough to warrant the money.
Less of a problem on petrol cars such as the FR DSG's I would assume as the torque won't be anywhere near 350 anyway?
Cheers
