Here's my dirt cheap Bosch HIDS from China. ;)

Cost about £15 off ebay. The postage cost double that though....

I'd be a bit wary of that ebay 1. The seller has received negative comments about HID kits he has sold in the past with ballasts not working. Also cheap sets tend to give a lot of glare.

In general I would say you get wat you pay for, however HIDS4U in general seem to be a bit over priced on all their products so what about a set like this from ebay-

No negative feedback for their HID kits and come with a 2 year warranty.

No complaints about my eBay set - got mine from omg_so_cool_car for about £35 :)
No flicker, no glare (H7R 6000k bulbs) and most importantly have never failed to fire up! Plus they look exactly the same as every other HID kit out there...

Has anyone on here bought them from a shop online not through ebay?

its just iam not ebay i dont really trust it but if it comes to it il just register etc to buy them
