What pre-wired upgrades can the Leon accept?

I recently bought a 2nd hand cd changer for my leon and knew it didnt come with the wire loom, so ordered the loom from my local Seat dealer at a cost of £21.14 (with VAT).

Was really excited when I got the call this morning to say it had arrived, so picked it up, went home and set about fitting the changer, only to find when pulling the storage hole out of the glove box that the lead was already there having been fitted in the factory.

Still at least I dont have to listen to Chris ******* moyles on my way to work now.

Got me thinking though - Are any other OEM options pre wired in mk1 Leons, e.g. wing mirrors, climate control, rear electric windows etc, making upgrades as easy as getting the controls from ebay?

handy to know if it is ,

as i want the rear boot 12v supply , also wanta retro fit the folding mirrors ,

Cruise control, although not pre wired, is in the ecu, just add stalk, wires and turn it on. Lot of places now do it for about £150 all in!

On them all i think try askin Awesome GTI et al, not sure who might help in your area tho Lee, there are lots of guides out there so if you keen you can fit it yourself and turn it on with VAGCom!

all tdi's have the wiring connector run from the ecu for cruise control. The link I got from here says it all:

I know it is for the golf 4, but if you read it, it does show how to for the leon!

I've fitted cruise control to my MK1 leon fr tdi 150 2006 and i needed the stalk and the wire but it was already activated. what a bonus !
