car looks good mate, nice and clean!

the whiteline rear arb is prob the best..and easiest mod i have done to my cupra, has made a huge difference in the handling! want to get coilovers next for mine

the cupra came with the p-zero neros as standard and as you have found out, they are ok in the dry but useless in the wet! am saving up for some goodyear eagle f1's next for mine! read soome good reviews on them and people recommend them aswell

Yeah, R/ARB is awesome.. Probably moreso on standard susp though ;)

Eagl F1s are great also Jay, have driven my mate's TBd Fiesta in all sorts of conditions, and they're spot on :)

A great bunch of mods to the FR mate. I see your fuel consumption is good too. What do you average now after the P torque map?

As for Eagle F1s, they work well in all conditions, but the tyre walls are too soft tbh. They will work well on a Fiesta or a Saxo etc, but the heavy diesel front end will muller the side walls I would have thought. I'm running Firstones on my FR, in fact these are my 3rd pair. I really like the feel and the grip.

W8 light is great, but I'm not going anywhere near a soldering iron!

fuel comsimpyion has not really been effected on my normal motorway run to the girlfriends. if you boot it it drops off a little but nothing majory. think the average after playinng through the lane is still 45ish.

Lots of people run them on here which i one reason im looking at them but ill worry about it when i have to change them

as for the W8 light its easy the hardest part is soldering the wire to the light but ive done 3 of these now so im getting good;)

ouch, that doesn't look too healthy! :( Hope they're going to pay for it to be fixed!

Back to your post about the tow bar... did you reaaaaalllly need one? I've had 2 orange 224 dh bikes plus all the associated gear, armour, spares etc and gear for 2 weeks holiday in the back of mine, and a passenger in the front! Bit of a tight squeeze but no damage with the bikes in bags lol ;) Still, your towbar is a pretty neat solution nonetheless!

Keep up the good work :)
