Pretty pissed off as what should be simplist job has just taken 2 hours and im no where....how do the bulbs actually clip in? there is a flat edge with a clip which ive worked out goes at the top? but yet they dont seem to clip in properly...they just 'rest' kind of in place and since the HID's dont allow the little back clip to go over what holds them in place?

The clip does go back over from what i remember when doing mine other day.. Just have to move the wires so the clip can lock into place.

If your doing HID's properly it would be easier to take the bumper off and the headlights out so you can mount the pack on the chassis leg out of sight, that way you got the head light unit in hand so you can see what your doing easier.

Takes 10 mins to take the bumper off. :D

gotta love the mk3 build lol!

you're absolutely right though. Its either taking off front bumper and be able to move your hands freely, or remove battery and have a nightmare at washerbottle side haha
