Milltek cat back
Piper cross Induction kit
Forge dv
Forge short shifter

DV, Shorthift and DogBone won't adda anythin.

Milltek catback very little.
Most restrictive part of the exhaust is the downpipe and the cat, change those for best bhp increases.
Induction kit, needs a decent cold air feed or else it'll loose you bhp.

Yup for a true solid 265, you'll need to go custom map with TIP, DP, HiFlo Cat, Induction Kit with mega cold air feed and poss even a FMIC then you'll prob get least that maybe even close to 270 tops, right now i'd say you'll be lucky to get 260 for a couple of revs.

ok so if it is 260ish would that be at the wheels or flywheel. I am not too bothered about the power but need to k ow for insurance etc . If it helps it is the 210 one

As BCM said Id say you'd only realistically be adding 2-3bhp for that lot. If the revo stats are to be believed (and I trust you havent had it RR'd) then you're probably pushing 265-270 BHP.

Most insurers will tell you what they think the mod adds to bhp. Usually they dont really know what they're talking about, but its best to just list your mods to them so that you dont get a arse ache when it comes to claiming
