Sorry to hear of all your troubles m8.
on a positive note could you not just part ex your cupra against another car? you will bound to get more than they are offering and the gap to your finance might not be that big , may even clear your finance ?
should find a car within the 28 days they have given you ?
Just for reference there is another thread on here about a guy who has been offered an 07plate ex demo Cupra for £17k and asking is that a ggod deal !
if you could part ex against another cupra at least you would still have the parts to go back on again or maybe an edition 30 golf?
just as another mention before i got my cupra i was looking at an ST
and wolf did modification packages but also gave you a warranty , its such a shame that SEAT dont do it or recognise the fact that they have a large following.
i know Audi did a large stand this year at a european show , showcasing mods that could be done to their cars and i think even sponsored the event so hopefully it shows manufactuters are changing their attitude but its just not in time to help you.
I for one really only buy a car because of its tuning potential thats why i stuck with SEAT and bought the Cupra. (had a mk1 cupra before)
The world of modifications seems to be a grey area and also really depends a lot on the dealer you take your car to.
Your experience wont stop me modifying my Cupra , i dont have finance but still have a 30month warranty left.
I wish you all the best m8.
