This a rough progress thread on my car since own owned it just over a year ago now.

How I bought it, apart from the plates and a polish. All standard except the wheels and exhaust. 36k on the clock, mint interior.Maf went on the way home from buying it. Not a good start.

Got rid of the wheels as i really wasnt keen on them, found some cheap ones on ebay and gave them a refurb.

Next up was a bit of colour coding (until i have the time and money to completly smooth them), Also removed some swage lines from the front bumper and colour coded the grille and fitted my coilovers...

Bumper all fitted and polished up...

Since owning the car i have done the few usual little mods like osram pearl repeater bulbs, flat blade wipers, dewipered rear and HU under steering wheel. Also hae done the following engine mods, THS 3" DP & Decat with wayne angle block to provent CEL light, Forge TIP, Forge 007p DV, Ram air enclosed filter, P-torque Stage 1 remap. N75H valve, N249 & N112 bypass. Think thats it, next up is an intercooler and probably a K03s.

Most recent update (this weekend) managed to get hold of a set of keskin kt5s at a fairly good price (although not being in as good of condition as describe and only being sent 3 centre caps :angry: fourth one on its way) Anyway heres a few pics after a polish this weekend...

Also had my rear lights completly tinted red to remove the orange and white.

Next plans are to get some spacers for the rear to push them out a little,fronts sit just right.

I dont suppose to many people will like the wheels but i trying to go slightly different more of a cleaned/ euro look

How did you tint the rear lights?

Did you spray them?

Car looks nice by the way ; )

Cheers ppl, The lights were done my mixing red paint with laquer that way you get a nice shine to the finish rather than the dull effect from tinting spray.
