Just a thought... Whats the chance of seeing if we could do a parade lap type thing??
I was at the DTM the other week and there was about a million old Mercs.... Is there any chance for that?

I really doubt it but id love to do it

Went to the DTM a few weeks back and there was a mercedes appreciation thing where a load of mercs did a lap of the track in convoy...just wondered if at a long shot some1 could talk to Seat Sport to see if they could get a 10 minute window for all the Seats to convoy round the track??

I have a flag, but no pole thingy... should i bring it anyhow?

With the decision of SEAT UK to withdraw from its racing activities at the end of the season, I'm putting together a little somthing on behalf of everybody at SCN for all the hospitality we've enjoyed over the years.

What would be absoluty great is that for everybody thats got SCN parking at Brands hatch to come and sign the gift before its presented. So once you've had a Barmy Army Bacon Sarnie, come and see me with your best handwriting

By now I suppose you are all aware of the demise of SEAT Sport UK. A very sad day indeed.

I hope this doesn't put anyone off going to the last meet a Brands.

The SEAT 'Barmy Army' will be there at full strength on our charity drive, so please come and lend your support.

I really feel for the SEAT Sport UK team, lead so well by Scott Dennis.

I know they all must be absolutely devastated.

Sometime after race 3, it would be cool if we could all make our way to the fence line on South bay, opposite the Seat garages and start a chant for Seat.

If Scott, Jason, Darren or whoever comes out, we would give a massive cheer and applause to show our thanks for the pleasures and spectacles we have had from them over the years.

Its just a little parting gesture of respect for all there efforts.

Hopefully see you all a week on Sunday.

I too hope that this doesn't put anyone off going to Brands and I hope that the SEAT Barmy Army will be out in full force! We always have appreciated your support and probably need it more this weekend than any other!

I didn't really know where to start this post, hence commenting on some of the many posts since the news last Thursday.

SEAT Sport UK have always appreciated the support you guys give the team, and we are all very grateful for the time and effort (and cash!) that you have put into supporting the team.

A special thanks from me to the two Marks - top job boys - the members of your forum owe you two a huge thank you for making the parking happen!

Brands will obviously be a tough weekend for the team, but hopefully SEAT Sport UK can go out on a high at Brands and give you something to cheer about for the last time!

I'm very proud of the team we have at SEAT Sport UK, I hope you have been too!

It's been fantastic running in the sidelines since you first announced the SCC back in 2002, we've enjoyed every minute of it.

Hopefully you'll have a fantastic final outing, and Gio has some terminal chassis failure that means he scores nil points.

As for the witty comment.... I'm still stumped.
