After long pondering I thought I would make a post asking what the cheapest price people have paid for this kit and where from?

Iv only been to find them at the link on the coilovers FAQ page. Anyone who knows a cheaper place it would be much apprected :D.

and yes I have now decided that I want FK rather than Eibach lol.

dont think that the back goes low enough on Eibach kit, thats my only concern. Seen the kit on a polo on here and you couldnt even tell that the car had been lowerd put me right off.

although must say the fact that Awesome and AMD have stopped selling FK due to warranty issues isnt encouraging me too much for FK either

I think Eibach is a softer ride though..... Red Rum has FK's and his looks spot on height wise. I think Eibach lower subtly...

Well I'm exactly the same - 19 with 2 years ncb - 3 this year.

My car insurance would go UP by £2500. But Red Rum is only 19 and has his insurance for £800 i think and he's on coilies on his FR.

depends totally on the company

some will refuse cover, some will not charge, and all the options in between

Try bell. they seem to be the best for young drivers and modifications. Think coilovers only add about £100 to the premium and thats with zero ncb.

its insurance renewal time for me, and I got the quote from adrian flux with coilovers for less than what Im paying now so that kept me happy.
