Aha, good spot.
Nah, he gave his mate a lift down to view my car.

I certainly did! 500mile round trip, 45mpg and about £60 on fuel! Was a good day out, brakes fitted at demon tweaks in the morning then a drive in a mk3 ko3 :D

.....Any way the new brakes are immense!! Its taking a while to get used to them though. Nearly headbutted the windscreen a couple of times  When braking at high speed the grooves make a well cool noise and they dont pour with smoke anymore :D Ive definatley got loads more confidence in the car now! I think a track day is in the pipeline to test them out, only thing is the ABS cuts in too early [:@] does anyone know how to disconnect it??

They have about 5mm clearance from the edge of the wheel and about 1mm from the spokes. A 3mm spacer was needed! Will get some decent pics up when it stops raining!!

I would love to know how/why some tdi's bang when on the limiter, can u please find out for me because I want mine to do the same :D

Its the way the limiter has been set I'd imagine. If yours is owt like mine Paul - it'll get to the red line and just hold the revs - really annoyingly making you sound like you are over revving it like a biatch.

I'd imagine the ones that pop and bang on the limiter have had their limiters heightenend? Like the revs heightened. At a guess.
