I thought £150 was good seeing as I was getting quotes around the £70 mark just to spray the spoiler.

If you havn't before, make sure the bodyshop puts the excess paint (and laquer if they quoted for a given volume) in tins for you to keep! Should save having to pay for a litre every time you get a small scuff painted or spoiler etc. added

Thanks :D I have also found somewhere locally (well as local as its going to get) that colour matches paint and will make adjustments for fading to the paint if required. Quite reasonable too, so I bought 2 cans. I got a touch up pen from Seat and the colour is so far off what the car is at the moment, its rather suprising.
