Did you confirm what PhilW said about his chain having rubbed this rocker cover style? I am going to check mine before I paint it.. we dont want ally bits floating in the oil.

i fitted it and cranked it over then removed it but no rubbing.....didnt know what else to do!?

Personally i think its my chain, its pretty noisy, but i'll take it off (which i have to this week) and take a photo of it for you.
