Yeah snappin or just being welded in place. The rest is pretty straightforward really.
Drain all fluids first, remove downpipe, tip, charge pipe and any other crap in the way.
I got a feeling jonzy removed the manifold and turbo in one go from the top mostly.
Just make sure you dont overtighten the oil and coolant fixing as theyre alu and can strip the thread or not seal well.
Refill with fluids, prime the system and start up and let idle for a while whilst checking for leaks. Then go for a drive to put pressure through the block, come back and recheck connections and tighten etc.. if needed.
Keep an eye on fluid and water temps as air locks can happen, you might need to add coolant a few times.

i got no smoke now. Just been to a garage and there was nothing. This is really annoying! Well my car is on the ramp on sat having coilovers fitted. I will rip my tip off then and have a look at turbo. The garage i went to just now said that black smoke is fuel and anything blue is engine ie oil?
