JCT 600..Rawdon Leeds..

Ordered a Platinum Leon Cupra TDi from JCT600 in Rawdon...wanted the car quickly and told them...
They sourced a car giving me an estimated 2 weeks delivery....

I was given a reg number for my insurers but I couldn't get a firm delivery date.

Anyway Yesterday to try to get a firm date..and paranoia set in...Nicks day off and the sales manager (Phil) is busy....
Asked for Phil to ring me back....half an hour later no response...

I started to get extra paranoid and started reading (for the first time ) my sales contract...was about to compose my response to being told that they hadn't got a date despite the two weeks being up...

Rang JCT600 up and was put through to Phil...

Yep the cars here...you can have it as soon as we have your covernote to tax it....Yeeeeeeehaaaaaaa!!!

Hmmm...I think it would be far too cruel to put a brand new car on a rolling road..

Still at least I know there's one there now.

Was in Leeds last week and I saw a lady getting into a Platinum Cupra TDi....
So I went over and had a chat with her....she loves the car.

JCT Rawdon were utter crap with me, all I wanted was a Leon TDI and they kept trying to sell me a 1.6 or an Ibiza Sport.

i agree they were crap although it was bradford jtc that i dealt with and not rawdon.
They missed off loads of factory fittings and messed me about loads

But i will give them a chance as they have now combined they may well be better
