Very nice
Not when you have to lug it back to the car after a days shooting it's not...
Very nice
normally i would have done pics similar to urs using program mode with higher shutter speed.
but it was lesson one and i was using shutter speeds of 1/80 to make things less stationary!
and i'm well happy with the results i have to say!
Nice pics tho mate.
I would just like to add a thanks to all that stayed behind and helped to lug the hardware of the SCN hospitality units back to the car park, the logistics of which are getting bigger with each meet, thanks guys................... and a thank you to Chris for spending 2 hrs preparing 10 full breakfast on one gas ring and one cannister of gas (we slipped up there) well done girl. if anyone wants to come and meet us at any venue, feel free, we don't bite. Everyone that supports Seat and SCN are welcome.
I started panning more later on in the day (some of the shots at the bottom of page 3 have got a bit more motion to them) but even then I was paranoid about trying to keep things sharp so I don't think I went any slower than 1/400 at any point.
First motorsport event with a DSLR for me - roll on Croft for a bit more practice, methinks.
Yes i would like to add my thanks to chris as some people are the forgotten heroes
well done chris
