This morning I fitted the unit to fix my slow fan speed
problem mentioned in this thread:

My fans now work perfectly so thats great however, on my drive home from my dads I experienced the
problem from this thread where my traction control and abs lights came on and the handbrake light started flashing.
I pulled over and switched the engine off, checking around the engine bay and what not, when I turned the engine back on the lights stayed off. Drove home nice and easy and at one point the traction control light flashed on then off again but that was it. Checked with vag com and got loads of error codes all related to ABS:
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
18057 - Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from ABS Controller
P1649 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
00003 - Control Module
014 - Defective - Intermittent
00668 - Supply Voltage Terminal 30
008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
00813 - Sensor 2 for Brake Pressure (G214)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit - Intermittent
01316 - ABS Control Module
49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent
01316 - ABS Control Module
49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent
I have checked the fuses on top of my battery and they all look perfect. Does anyone have any thoughts on what may be wrong? Could this simply be the result of fiddling around with the battery? Can anyone tell me where the ABS control module is? Any
help greatly appreciated!
I'm thinking about just clearing the codes and seeing if they come back, any thoughts guys?
Cheers,
Jon
