ahh we have not forgot you chris, you just need to do some more mods :p.. j/k

im tempted to put cupra R suspension on mine now, but im toying with lowering springs but dont want to fark the handling up. or i could always cut the springs to bring it down a bit.

what does your plate stand for ?

MDR is the initials, originally I wanted R84 MAT (Reynolds, 1984 Mat ;)) but that's a no from the DVLA. Can't get 84 or even "MAT", other than (M155 MAT - bollocks to that :D)

Anyway, I had a look what was avaliable with MDR on the end. I like the name Neo and always said, if I have a son, that would be his name! So there's your answer to N30 MDR ;)

Heard you shouldn't cut the springs!

Go for Cupra R suspension if you can, or aftermarket coilys! I have lowering springs on mine (fitted beginning of august) and I can feel the uncomfortable side of them! Think the dampers are on the way out!

yes missy :p lol

anywho, yes i have heard that just having lowering springs fark your shocks up as they are not designed to move below their optimum point.
is your car becoming bouncy now ?

i would recommend getting cupra suspension mat, its lower standard. its stiffer to counter the heavier engine. since my old shocks died and had them replaced them with cupra ones they have made such a difference.

Might be able to get my hands on some Apex shocks which will lower it 40mm so that will be a plus! Also can transfer them (along with all my other mods) to my next car.

I don't know why mine has the black bit. Never payed attention to other peoples sills... Yeh no A/C for me!

Oh and the fog light cover was missing because I had an induction kit on and I had a cold air feed to there
As you can see it's back on and the filter is off! Got the cold air feed going to the standard airbox and it's just sitting behind the bottom grill, next to the radiator.

Well it snowed a fair bitty, so when I finally sobered up from last night went out for a piccy cruise!

Here's what I came up with (yes car is dirty and everything but the scenery counts for that):
