left my spare with a mate about 6 months ago as he was going to chop it up and add a thinner ali + carbon adjustable plane to it so i could tweak it up/down

like a parachute @ 90 as standard i always felt

ill call him later see if its gathering dust or ended up a pile of bits

and to appreciate why most of the cost of an F2 car was spent on the transmission lol ! BAAAAAA, clack, BAAAAAA !!!


still also a pity that the guy driving that one hasnt got a clue how to do a proper spin turn without stopping or stalling

(and the suspension set up looks terrible as well.....)

F2 regs meant none had to be built...

SBG (who ran the UK F2 cars) made up a road car for promotion. none were ever made, or ever were going to be.

The car had wide track suspension, and wide arches, massive spacers on the rear IIRC.

The engine was a stock 150bhp one.

The car was then decommissioned at the command of SEAT, because they should never have made it.

Even without the arches I would still like to own it -
I wonder were it is now?
What was its reg?
Would it be worth buying?
