Fair bloody play mate!

I think its also a case of not being scared to 'have a go'

No where near this level but since joining the site if tinkered with things i would never have thought of a year ago..

Apart from calipers.... lol:headhurt:

Good work! Building engines is the best bit! I once hitchhiked 60 miles carrying a bare mini block and crank to get some work done because I had no other means of getting to the machinists!

lol, a van covered in flash writing means flash tools....which in time means broken locks and no tools. i keep it stealth ;)

all i have writen on my van is "the only tool in this van is the driver" lol

Looking good.....I'm at the same stage as you except I'm waiting for Jabba to build a new baffled sump. Obviously I have the APR manifold already fitted.

What is the exact spec/breakdown of yours now.

Who's mapping it?

I may fit a better intake later on but just want to get back on the road.

looks good hooch, get some videos up once its in there and running, who is making your mani up for you, i may be getting one of bills as they look ultra impressive, and can withstand the heat, your going to need a **** hot manifold to withstand the amount of heat that turbo is gonna be producing

I am chasing progress of mine now. I need the first off to check fitment is ok in ibiza... then confirm jigs ok, then production can commence.
I also have a.n.other tubular manifold on order of an alternate design but that one was 8 weeks delivery, so 6 weeks to go. Just trying something different out on that score.

How did you work out which was best ratio to go for 9.5:1?
